Our Commitment 

Sustainability is at the heart of our business, and we are committed to doing our part to protect the environment. We believe that even small steps can make a big difference, which is why we have implemented several initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint and promote sustainable practices.

One of the ways we do this is by reusing 100% of the boxes and parcels we receive from our suppliers. Instead of discarding them, we repurpose them for our own shipments, which not only reduces waste but also helps to conserve natural resources.

We also use recycled parcel boxes for our shipments, which are made from materials that have been salvaged from other sources. By using these boxes, we are helping to divert waste from landfills and reduce the demand for virgin materials.

In addition, we are proud to say that 70% of the material we use inside our parcels to protect our ceramics is reused from what we receive from our suppliers. We carefully inspect and sort through the materials we receive, ensuring that they are clean and suitable for reuse, and use them to provide a protective layer for our delicate ceramics.
